Additionally,

I cannot see the part names for the CMC and the ESD used.

Make sure the CMC has sufficient bandwidth for the 5Gbps data passing through it. 

Make sure the ESD is rated for USB3.0, and has a clamping voltage at approx. 5V. 

I believe the ESD/ CMC circuitry can be improved. I believe this orientation will be better.
