TTL signals are not used at such frequencies.

What circuit/IC do you have that requires a 1 GHz TTL signal at its input? Usually, such devices have LVDS inputs.

I agree with Clemens, 1GHz is very fast for a single ended TTL signal. Our fasted LVDS receivers are rated up to 300MHz. Can you share a bit more about your application?

I need 1030MHz pure sine wave signal @50 ohms load. But I did not find any such oscillators with sine wave output.

I found one crystal oscillator which can produce 1030MHz with LDVS output.

So, I need to convert this LVDS to Sinewave.

Please suggest any other solution.
