1.Our requirement is for 32 ports using TUSB2046B hubs........so can WE connect this hub in the fashion i have pictured in the block diagram which i have attached with this post.

2.While using TUSB2077A if we make the EXTMEM pin high then there is no requirement of external EEPROM according to the datasheet, then is it possible to cascade two hubs in which the EXTMEM pin is disabled.

    First the question of cascading hubs has been asked and answered in multiple other forum posts from you - please try and consolidate your questions into one post for easier responses and a cleaner forum.

    As far as the EXTMEM pin, there is no more need for an EEPROM when cascading versus non-cascaded.  The EEPROM is only used for changing VID/PID/Strings which are not needed if you are OK with them being identified as GENERIC USB HUB in device manager.
