We have a question regarding the TPI Network Circuit in the DP83848-EP datasheet.
In this circuit diagram, two 49.9Ω resistors are inserted between RD+/‐ and TD+/-. We believe these are termination resistors.
Apart from these,
is it necessary to add a series resistor to the TX line for impedance matching?
Or is the series resistor built into the IC?
We would like to ask for advice from the IC manufacturer.
