Part Number: TS3USB221A
Tool/software:
Dimension concern of TS3USB221ARSER (DC2505)
Measured result : 0.47 mm
Datasheet Specification : 0.5 ~ 0.6 mm
regarding the dimensions, is this normal?
will be an issue on form, fit, and function.?

Hi Grace,
Those are two different devices you're showing. One is clearly longer and more rectangular than the other. What's the top side marking of the device that is 0.47mm? There doesn't look like there is any marking so I can't verify that it's even a TI part.
What is the presumably copper patch in the middle? Is that a layer underneath the package or something sitting on top?
Thanks,
Rami
HI Rami,
This is same device, top side marking LHH and DC 2505, Datasheet Specification Show: 0.5 ~ 0.6 mm
But measured result : 0.47 mm
will be an issue on form, fit, and function.?

Hello
Today is a us Ti holiday and our team will respond to this thread tomorrow thank you
Hi Grace,
Are you saying that this device:
Came from the same reel as this device:

If that's the case, you'll need to go to customer support. This is a technical forum for schematic/circuit level debugging and support so I won't be able to support where or what that device is. From my perspective though, there is not way to verify it's a TI chip so there isn't much I can support here.
Thanks,
Rami
