Hi Irfan,

Please refer to the comments I made on the other post.
Below are the additional comments:
1. SIGDET is Open drain output asserted low when signal is detected on IN_CLK or IN_D2 when HPD_IN is high. Otherwise signal is de-asserted.
2. Please refer to the level shifter datasheet if additional pull up is needed. In general, if there is 2.7 ~3.3k pullup to Vcc, it should be fine.
3. Source present is sent out by the source to the sink. Therefore, please refer to the source datasheet.
4. Current design can support HDMI 2.0 and 2.1 AC coupled signal.
