I would like to use TCAN3413 interface in harsh EMC environment, but I cannot find any recommendation of CM Choke, which does not affect the CAN_FD performances.

Could you give me a recommended CM Choke?

Choose them by their common-mode impedance at the noise frequencies you expect. Common-mode chokes in sizes 1210 and 1812 (3.2 mm × 2.5 mm and 4.5 mm × 3.2 mm) are commonly used and are available from many manufacturers; here is an example search on DigiKey.
