TCA6424A: Need SPICE models and Part Specification

Part Number: TCA6424A

Tool/software:

Hi team

We are currently working on a design that includes the following Texas Instruments components

Sl.No Part Number Part Description Spice Model Availability
1 LSF0101DRYR 1-bit Level translator P-Spice model is been encrypted
2 TCA6424ARGJR 24-Channel GPIO Expander Not Available
3 TS5A23157RSER Dual SPDT Switch Not Available
4 TCA9548ARGER I2C Switch Not Available

To proceed with simulation and validation, we would like to request the SPICE models for these parts. Kindly let us know  if you can share them directly.

And also we are currently evaluating the TS5A23159RSER analog switch part for one of our design. While we have reviewed the general specifications, we would like to confirm the peak current rating for this device to ensure it aligns with our design requirements.

Part Number: TS5A23159RSER

  • Hello Mohankumar,

Our apps team is currently out of office due to US holiday. We'll return back on Monday and help answer your question. Thank you!

    Regards,

    Josh

  • Hi Mohankumar,

I believe you want the MUX team for the TS5A23159 and TCA9548A device. I will relocate this thread to their team.

    Regards,

    Tyler

  • Hi Mohankumar,

Thanks for messaging our team about the TS5A23159 and TCA9548A.

Our team currently doesn't not have models for these devices but what we do have is  FAQ  guide on how to create a passive stand-in for to see the signal path performance these devices would show in your system.

In addition the peak current for the TS5A23159 is listed in the abs max section of the datasheet as +/-400ma

This should be the information you are looking for in regards to the peak current specification.

Please let me know if you have any other questions and I am happy to assist.

    Regards,

    Kameron
