We want to confirm that does TUSB8041-Q1 support entering power-saving mode without external device insertion, can you help confirm it? While when there is a external device inserted in and no data communicate, will it also support entering power-saving mode?

HI Lumina:

Without external device connected, hub downstream port should be in u3 mode, hub upstream may enter U1/U2/U3 based on host activity.

With external device connected, when no data communication, ports enter U1/U2 initially ( fastsleep), then U3 ( deep suspend) if idle persists if the device support U3.
