What ESD test are you performing? What is the test setup and could you send us the schematic? What is the TVS diode used for the ESD protection?

The device is subjected to ±6kV ESD (Contact Discharge)

ESD is applied on the 4 corners of RJ45 connector (J0G-0001NL)

Are you discharging on the 4 corners of the RJ45, with 10 times to each corner?
I noticed that the RJ45 connector is on the same ground as the digital ground. Having a separate earth ground and connecting two ground with 1M ohm resistor and 4700pF capacitor for RJ45 will help with the ESD performance. Please refer to TIDA-00204 (https://www.ti.com/tool/TIDA-00204) on design reference with earth ground.

yes, ESD is discharging on the 4 corners of the RJ45, with 10 times to each corner at a time.
We are using integrated transformer RJ45 connector of MPN : J0G-0001NL

Sounds good. The standard test procedure is 10 times on the shield, I believe. Does the ESD test still fail if you only test one corner?
If not, I recommend improving the schematic to utilize EGND and DGND as I recommended above.
