    Hello Frank,

    The TMUXHS4412 is a bidirectional high speed mux, so it can support your applications signaling directions. 

    It can support 16GT/s, but the minimum voltage supply requirement is 1.71V.

    It has low active and stand by power mode, will that suffice for ASPM?

    The power consumption of the part can be found by multiplying the operating voltage and the supply current, which for this part is 1.8V x 480uA = 0.864mW.
