Body:

Hello TI Community,

I am developing a custom board based on the AM68A (AM6852ATGGHAALZR) reference design. My goal is to interface three cameras using Arducam’s V3Link D-CH adapter and TI’s TDES960 deserializer.

I attempted the following configuration:

  • Connected three cameras to a single Arducam V3Link adapter board.

  • Used TS3DV642A0RUAR to switch CSI lanes between the TDES960 and AM68A SoC.

  • However, in this setup, I was unable to stream all three cameras in high-resolution mode reliably.

Then, I tested a modified configuration:

  • Connected two cameras to one Arducam adapter, and the third camera to a separate Arducam adapter (with a second TDES960).

  • This setup worked properly in high-resolution mode.

I have attached the schematic showing the interfacing between TDES960, TS3DV642A0RUAR, and the AM68A CSI2_RX ports
