TFP410 not recognizing monitor connection

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TFP410

I have a TFP410 with I2C disabled, 24-bit data, single-ended clock. When we connect it to a monitor, the MSEN signal stays low, as do all the DVI outputs. There is video coming into the chip, PD is high, and we've rung out the connections from the chip through the mini-HDMI connector all the way to the other end of the cable.

ISEL = 0

EDGE = 0

DKEN = 0

DK = 000

DSEL = 0

BSEL = 1

Any idea what might be going on? We're stumped.
