Based on the PN, it seems like the 'M' means it may be military grade. From the above selection, I do not see any military grade 2 channel devices in our portfolio so if you need military grade, then we don't have a direct replacement. 

You may need to look into a single channel half duplex device in our 'EP/SEP' line up: https://www.ti.com/product-category/interface/rs-485-rs-422-transceivers/products.html#993=1&994=1&-1=EP%3Bfalse&

It would require 2x in parallel to perform the same function as the DS9637A. None of them will be pin to pin.
