DP83826I: CRC failure

Hi team,

My customer is using DP83826 for EtherCAT in LV Servo product.

They use one computer to connect with their product board by one meter network cable. And then they use beckhoff GUI to connect with DP83826.

The issue is that there are many CRC issuesas below:

Q1: Could you please help review the schematic

Q2: Do you have any suggestions to fix the CRC issues? Like loopback?

    Can you please share a block diagram of their setup? 

    Can they please read PHY register 0x15, do they see any symbol error? Please also put the PHY into reverse loopback, this will help isolating the issue to the MDI or the MAC interface.

    Before starting the traffic, can they please clear and then read the EtherCat ESC register 0x0300, 0302, 0308, 030A, 0310, and 0312?
