We are working on investigating the capability of implementing this TPD1E0B04 (DPL) in our high-speed ASIC design. We are targeting 10GHz-20GHz application. We would like to ask if there is an s-parameter model for this TPD1E0B04 (DPL) so that we can do the insertion loss and capacitance simulation?
Also, 6 months ago we have requested a Spice model of the same TVS diode, but the leakage current result @ 3.3V is far off compared with the datasheet. Do we need to request small signal model in addition to it, if we need to model the leakage also? Not sure if the Spice model we are given is only good for DC simulation with large signal. If there needs additional model for the small signal simulation, we would like to request it also besides the s-parameter model.
