Please check customer feedback, need your further feedback:

Our camera products are designed for outdoor environments with high temperatures. We are currently trying to choose devices with TJ temperatures above 115 degrees or TA temperatures above 105 degrees. Therefore, let's first check if your company's TS3USB221RSER TJ has reached temperatures above 115 degrees.

Thanks so much for the clarification! I calculated the Tj by using the instructions and calculator template on this FAQ. Assuming the customer will not be using the switch in low power mode, the Tj for the RSE package is 120.4C.

Based on datasheet, I didn't see the Tj for TS3USB221, could you help further comment does the 120.4C OK for our part TS3USB221?

As Katy mentioned, she got the value from the calculator in this FAQ:

It is not from the datasheet

So yea, the 120.4C is okay for TS3USB221RSER
