Are you referring to a wake-up from the CAN bus? If so, this can't truly be disabled due to the nature of the standard CAN protocol from ISO 11898-2.

The closest you can come to this is to use selective wake with an ID that will never be used as described in this post: 

 TCAN1145-Q1: Disable Wake on CAN Bus (only Wake using WAKE pin trigger) 

As for the SPI codes, we do not exactly have a guide for that. However, we do have starter code that will likely be helpful to get started. I have emailed Renan the details to send it to you.

This is a good question. Selective Wake (SW) is a special feature that enables partial networking. You can read more about it here:

This feature can be used to wake up particular CAN nodes on a CAN bus depending on their ID. If the ID sent on the CAN bus does not match the transceiver with SW enabled, the transceiver will stay in Sleep mode.
