Hi,
I will provide the feedback before Monday next week.
Could you comment the customer and project name?
Thanks!

1: May I ask if this R60 resistor can be omitted on 948? Also, could you please help confirm whether this D7 diode model is feasible and if there are any recommended models?

2: Regarding the OLDI output series common mode inductor here, your review did not mention this point, but your previous email suggested that we remove it. Which one should I take as the standard?

3: Regarding the coaxial line, we use coaxial wake-up, which means transmitting DC signals on the coaxial line. May I ask if this can be achieved

Hi,
1. can I ask why do we want the 1 ohm resistor on the FPD link line? when you mentioned models, were you referring to spice models for the diode?
2. I have seem some customers placing common mode chokes on OLDI differential pairs to eliminate common mode noise. However the impact brought by the common choke depends on its manufacturing consistency. Of course it can result in skews on the P/N signals and eye diagram degradation on the receiver side. I wouldn't simply say we can or can't use common mode chokes here, the customer need to do the evaluation by themselves.
3. we can use low speed DC signal on the coaxial line as wake-up. please refer the AN attached for more details.
This 1-ohm resistor is recommended by the original Kangzhi chip. I just want to know if the 947 is needed. If not, I'll remove it. As for the diode, I want to know if there is a diode that is compatible with your company's recommended model.
Hello,
The team is out due to the Holidays. Responses will be delayed from Dec. 24 through Jan. 2.
Thank you for your patience
Hi, we don't need the 1-ohm resistor with our FPD link Serdes, you can remove it from the design. For the diode, I am checking with the team if there is a recommended part for this device.
Thank you!
