Hi Team,

Regarding the Tj specification of TCA9543APWR
The datasheet only specifies Ta = 85 °C and does not indicate Tj.
The customer would like to confirm whether Tj can be higher than 105 °C.
Please provide the Tj (junction temperature) specification.

    Hello Allen,

    The Tj of our multiplexers can be calculated by following this FAQ.

    According to my calculation Tj max comes out to be 92.3C. 
    While it is a calculated a spec which is an approximation I cannot recommend the customer to exceed it.
