DP83867IR: Ethernet RJ45 Center-tapped shorted together potential issue

Part Number: DP83867IR

Hello,

I'm planning on using the TE connectivty 2496615-1 RJ45 connector to save space on my PCB, however the PHY side center-taps are shorted together and I understand the PHY datasheet recommends non-shorted center-taps. I'd like to know what exact could go wrong when using such RJ45 connectors and can EMI issues still be avoided when using 2496615-1
