TSER953: FPD-III Link Margin issue

Part Number: TSER953

Hi There, we have designed a FPD-III Link Serializer (TSER953) camera with compatible Deserializer. The strap pins are mounted for Synchronous mode in both Serializer and Deserializer. We have also provided an external clock of 25MHz to the REFCLK of Serializer. When the camera is streamed, few cameras shows corr and uncorr errors. When we checked the Link Margin, the camera passes with the sufficient Margin (has continuous 5 strobe position and 4 EQ positions). As per the Document from TI, 4 strobe positions with 3 EQ is the pass margin. We performed the below testing: In the Analog LaunchPAD tool, we decreased the backchannel speed to 10Mbps and again checked the Link Margin. All the strobe and EQ plots became Green.Reworked the strap pins of the Serializer and Deserializer to work in Asynchronous External clock mode and checked the Link Margin. All the strobe and EQ plots became Green. Is there a way to forcefully change the mode to Asynchronous mode without changing the strap pins through Register settings? Or is directly decreasing the backchannel speed good idea (We have not checked the streaming yet)? Can you suggest a way to minimize or overcome the corr_err/uncorr errors we are having?
