I am planning to use TPS259827ONRGER E-Fuse IC part to my project.
And my Overall board input current is 13 Amps.

I reviewed the schematic.
Please find my inputs below:
1. Please add input TVS diode and output Schottky diode for the protection during transients.
Please go through the below application for the selection of TVS and Schottky diodes.
2. If you are not using LDSTRT feature then please short it to GND.
3. Please fill design calculator to review the components value.

Design was updated,and found there is like two Grounds are connecting on the TPS259827ONRGER IC. In the datasheet recommendation it is mentioned like that, and the snapshot attached below for your reference. And also the circuit reference is attached below. Review it once for the reference., In the entire datasheet it is mentioned like OVLO voltage this TPS259827ONRGER ic will not support and optionally i added it, you are not given anny feedback for that. Can you reconfirm it once.,is it ok to Keep OVLO voltage in it, or not required R2448 Resistor in the circuit.

TPS25982x does not have OVLO pin. It has fixed OVLO threshold.
You can use single ground also but connect signal ground to the power ground through a trace like below. Do not make the single plane for signal and power ground.
