Here are the instructions:

I have attached two .exe files and a programming guide.

Keep in mind these tools only work on Windows systems. However, once the USB hub is programmed, the updates will be permanent and will apply in Linux and MacOS systems as well. This tool will require manually installing drivers, so please make sure that you have access on your Windows system.

Please follow the instructions exactly for proper operation:

1. Double click on TUSB80xx_EEPROM_Programmer_V1.0.0.1
2. Install this version of the software
3. After installing (typically C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments Inc) create a copy of the installed folder
4. Double clock on TUSB80xx_EEPROM_Programmer_V2.0.0.0_Beta2
5. Make sure that you have both the copied folder with the V1.0.0.1 and V2.0.0.0 files available
6. Connect USB hub upstream port to Windows system
7. Open device manager -> Universal Serial Bus Devices and identify the TUSB4041I device (VID_0451)
8. Open device properties and update driver software, browse for drivers manually and use the driver found in the folder installed from TUSB80xx_EEPROM_Programmer_V1.0.0.1
9. Now open the application from TUSB80xx_EEPROM_Programmer_V2.0.0.0

Afterwards you may follow the steps in the attached programming guide.
