Part Number: TUSB2046B
Hello!
I've been working on an implementation of the TUSB2046B USB Hub. I believe I've set up the IC correctly, and can see it recognized by my Windows 11 laptop when it is plugged in (with and without the external EEPROM and VID/PID). However, whenever I plug in a device to the downstream ports, I get a weird error on my laptop. It seems my laptop can detect the new device and get its hardware / vendor information, but cannot maintain a data connection to the device. The error specifically reads:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.
I've tried this with externally powered devices and also with devices that draw power over the USB lines. When I plugged my iPhone into the hub's downstream ports, I could see an Apple device was connected to my laptop, but I couldn't send/receive data to it.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue and figured out how to resolve it? I've attached the schematics for my implementation and screenshots of the errors to this post. Any insights would be greatly appreciated :D
