I am performing a derating analysis for the PCA9538PWR IC and am trying to determine the maximum junction temperature (TJmax) for the device.
I have reviewed the datasheet, but I am currently unable to find any specific information regarding the maximum junction temperature. The datasheet provides the thermal resistance, but TJmax does not appear to be explicitly specified.
Could you please provide a reference document, application note, reliability document, or any other official documentation where the maximum junction temperature for the PCA9538PWR is specified? I require this information for my derating analysis.
