I am using the TMS320F28P650DK  and DP83826ERHB our motor control board with Ethercat interface. For hardware we base on TI eval board. We need help on the software requirements to make this interface work. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Software Requirements for f28p65x + DP83826A Ethercat.

    1. C2000Ware EtherCAT package
    C2000Ware includes the F28P65X EtherCAT Software package , which provides the subordinate-device (slave) software, documentation, and device examples for F28P65x TI directs F28P65x EtherCAT development to the C2000Ware EtherCAT subordinate-device software user guide and included examples

    2. Beckhoff Slave Stack Code (SSC) — you must source this yourself
    The F28P65 integrates Beckhoff's EtherCAT IP core, but TI cannot distribute the Beckhoff EtherCAT Slave Stack Code due to licensing restrictions. ETG (EtherCAT Technology Group) membership is required to obtain the full SSC 

    3. Bring-up path before you have the SSC
    Use the f28p65x_cpu1_pdi_hal_test_app example in the C2000 SDK. It validates EtherCAT hardware and the PDI (Process Data Interface) without requiring the proprietary stack files  This is the right first step for verifying your custom board against the TI eval design.
