I do not have that data, but it can be visualized by looking at the 10MHz wave forms.
Because the pulse has settled half way though the bit time the waveform would be the same expect visualize the the last half of the pulse was not there.
For the other question about 100ft (30 meters) and 20Mbps, it is clear that the pulse doesn't settle fully until the end of the 25nS pulse so a random bit pattern will have significant jitter.
