    Matsumoto-san,

    Could you share the datasheet for the crystal?  I will follow up with the design team to see if they think a current limiting resistor is required.

    The crystal connections that I have seen use symmetric capacitor values.  Using 10pF and 12pF capacitors is not something I have seen before. 

    What are the conditions for the oscilloscope plot with RX_ER and RX_CLK?  What is connected to the RX_ER pin?

    After we confirm crystal model with our customer tomorrow, we will inform you.

    We will show you the circuit around DP83848, but this is the confidential data.
    So we send your E-mail address directly, after we obtain permission(from our customer) to send you the data.

    Hello Patrick san,

    We really appologize that our customer could solve this problem which RX_CLK stops oscillating.
    As the result, it caused RESET_N.(The main CPU remains to output low to RESET_N.)
