Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB8040A, TUSB8041

My customer needs to implement a USB3.0 hub in his product.
I find TUSB8040A and TUSB8041 to be suitable, but am not sure what is the different between this two parts.
Could you share with us on what are the main differences?
