What is the maximum power for the XIO2213B for use in thermal design?

There was a posting on XIO2213B power-by-rail but it wasn't clear that was the maximum power or typical power (inside the document it said "XIO2213 PM State Power Consumption 4/13/2007" but was only 1 page and had not document identification.

Hello,
We don't provide max power numbers since these highly depends on the implementation.
You may use the thermal parameters listed on Section 11.2 in the datasheet for thermal design.

The thermal information in Section 11.2 does not include the maximum power so it is incomplete.

Are these typical power or maximum power?

We also need to know the maximum currents per voltage rail for our regulator design and we have assumed these were the maximum.
