Can you provide some details on the short you are seeing? How have you determined that there is a short? Where is the short? Does it occur on first power up? After a period of time? After a specific event like a cable connection?

How have you determined that there is a short? -> Power GND short. Where is the short? -> Power Output (1.8, 2.5, 3.3V). Does it occur on first power up? Yes. above 90%. After a period of time? -> random. After a specific event like a cable connection? It occurs during operation or power-on
