TI TUSB6250 support Windows 7 / Windows 8 (32 and 64 bit)?

Our system can not find TUSB6250 USB flash driver.

No driver is required for the TUSB6250. USB Mass Storage inbox drivers should be automatically installed.

Are you using the TUSB6250 EVM? What ATA device is being connected to the TUSB6260 (HDD, CompactFlash)? What firmware is being used? Can you please provide additional details of the test scenario and how is the device being enumerated?

I have send E2E by https://e2e.ti.com/support/interface/digital_interface/f/130/t/474080

but I did not get CFG serring file by e-mail or USB6250_Firmware Programmer tools.
