What is the junction temperature of AM26LS31C?

According to the datasheet, it says it is -65℃~150 for storage temperature;

however, it does not mention regarding junction temperature.

without specification within datasheet should match TA (Operating free-air temperature: 0~70 ℃)?

Tj absolute maximum while operating is 150C.

Alex,

The data sheet parameter tables generally apply to Tj=Ta.
So there will be some additional parameter shift on the way to 150C which is absolute maximum meaning is not recommended and will shorten device lifetime.
