Please let us know how to check the over-current about TPS2557.

Or,

Over-current test is done to all of the device?

When the normally operation, can us check the current-limit settings at after assembly?
For example, check the voltage of ILIM-port...

    Yes, OC test is done on all devices in production test. You can refer to the test conditions in the datasheet electrical characteristics table for multiple ILIM resistor values.

    I've attached a short test procedure that we perform on an example EVM. This checks the current limit using a scope and current probe.HPA636B_Test.doc
