Use TFP401AMPZPEP transe HDMI to Parallel RGB,HSYNC/VSYNC Setting

Are you transmitting audio during blanking periods?
The tFP401A requires an even number of clock during blanking.

I don't transmitting audio during blanking periods. My question is that : why the HSYNC and VSYNC timing that the TFP401AMPZPEP actual output are different from the parameters we set on TFP401AMPZPEP. For example, the parameters we set on TFP401AMPZPEP is as follows. then, there is no HSYNC signal output from the TFP401AMPZPEP .why?

Are you sending an even number of clocks during DE high and during DE low?
