TPS2064: TPS2064 does not turn on correctly

Please send your test waveforms showing the problem. Also send your test diagram (or describe it). It is good to see Vin, Vout, and the current ramp during start up. Also check to ensure the EN pin is stable and well above the logic thresholds.

I'm sending the schematic of the project:

There are decoupling capacitors on 3V3 and 5V line, but not in immediate vicinity of the switch.

The first one is the waveform when power supply 5V and the second one when 3.3V. In the second case there is just noise at the output.

Sorry for my confusion, but is CH1 = RED trace and CH2 = YELLOW trace? In the first plot, the RED trace goes up to 2.5 divisions (2.5D x 2V/D = 5V) but the YELLOW trace is only 1.4V (what signal is the YELLOW trace?).

In the second plot, RED (OUTPUT?) is zero and YELLOW (which signal?) is 3.2V. Not sure what we are looking at.

On both pictures the yellow trace is EN signal and the red trace is the output of the switch.

There are 3 instances of the TPS2064 in your schematic. Do all 3 behave the same way (or mis-behave)? Also, these are dual's. For a single instance of TPS2064 do both switch's act the same?

If anything, the "working" waveform EN signal is marginally a logic=1 (according to the datasheet, EN should be above 2.0V). The non-working EN signal is > 2.0V.
