The high-speed signals just need one AC capacitor on each trace, the capacitors are placed on Tx of the type-C connector, the Rx ports don't have AC capacitor because they will be placed on Tx from the other device.
You can place AC caps in Rx too if you want, from USB3.1 specification the total capacitance of the channel should be between 75nF and 200nF for Gen 1.
I'll check if there is any application note for HDMI over type-c using HD3SS460.
