Hello Team,

The data sheet of SN65HVDA1040A-Q1 has the description of the equivalent circuit of the input / output pin.
->Figure 15. Equivalent Input and Output Schematic Diagrams
It is not described in the data sheet of TCAN1042-Q1, but is it the same circuit as SN65HVDA1040A-Q1?

    Hello Kato-san,

    The circuits are similar but they will not match exactly - things like resistance values and diode voltages are different between the two devices. The behavior of the I/O circuitry may be better communicated through the electrical characteristics tables - i.e., input resistances and pull-up/pull-down strength are characterized as input leakage currents, and output structures are characterized by their voltage output level for given output currents or resistive loads.

    Please tell me the equivalent circuit of RXD / TXD / STB.
    Is the structure the same as SN65HVDA1040A-Q1 only with different resistance value and diode voltage?

    Yes, the structures of the circuits are the same. However, like Max said, the voltages and resistances could be different. Is there something specific that you're looking for between the two devices?
