SN65LVDS4: lower frequency limitation

Hello Team,

why is the signaling rate limited for the LVDS4 while the LVDS1 was going down to DC? (see below).

Can't the LVDS4 be used down to DC?

Can you elaborate more on your question? Are you pairing LVDS1 and LVDS4 as TX/RX?

no pairing,

just want to know if LVDS4 can be used if there are no pulses transmitted for several minutes. Pulse rise/fall-time is in spec.

Yes and an external failsafe is required.
