Dears,
Attached is the eye diagram of customer SI testing.
It seems the quality is not good to pass the test.
Is there any suggestion to pass the SI testing?
Thanks.

Hi Sir,
Customer tried set EQ as 100(default) and 111(18dB), but still not pass the test!
Another question is, did the waveform seems like DP signal or HDMI signal based on eye diagram?
Thanks.
what EQ settings was used in the diagram above? what application is this in(block diagram)? was it an HDMI or DP signal?
From your eye diagram you are using DP and you need to increase the VOD of the DP signal. what VOD setting are you using?
Dear Sir,
More questions as below.
1. Now, customer signal seems OK!
However, there are several SI test items failed.
Attached are the list of failed items and the waveform.
Can you give me some idea the key point to verify/adjust?
2. customer feedback that while doing SI testing, if they change input source signal amplitude, the output of DP126 will keep same voltage, no matter increasing or decreasing it.
If that normal or not?
Thanks.
Hi Michael,
sir,sorry i add a question.
3. through the Lane0~3 input, but can i force the output signal to follow the source signal? have this function?
1. I looked at your compliance report and it seems that you have some reflections in your line that could be causing the error. I would test your connections and make sure that they are good. I would also run a TDR and see if you have something causing the reflections. And finally I would further play with the settings of the DP126 to see if that fixes it.
2. you need to change this register to change the swing.

can you explain this question further?
Hi Sir,
for Q2, customer knew change DP126 swing setting can change output voltage swing, but it will not change by change testing machine setting.
what you mean is, DP126 will keep same output swing no matter testing machine source signal swing change or not, right?
