Hi, Gerasimos:
If I don't use some pins, just floating? or connect it to GND?
ex: CAD_IN , CAD_OUT & CAD_INV

NObody,

In the case of CAD_IN, I would tie that to the corresponding configuration you want (assuming DP mode, then I would tie it to GND). For CAD_INV and CAD_OUT those can be left floating.
