If we powered the oscillator with one of the supplies that also powers the DP83867IR would that solve the fail-safe problem, and if yes which of the supplies is recommended to power the oscillator: VDDIO, VDDA2P5, VDD1P0? Or does it not matter and to be safe the oscillator should not drive the XI pin if any of the DP83867IR supplies are off? Need to make sure we have a robust power sequencing up/down order.
