Does TI prepare the model?
In addition I would like to know if there is BSDL model for this device.

I also understand there is no BSDL model. is my understanding correct?
If so, I will inform my customer that there is no BSDL model for the device.

There is no BSDL model, and unfortunately, it wasn't possible to generate the IBIS model. Sorry.
