TUSB4020BI: can't communication

Hello E2E,

Our customer is designing for USB-audio accessory to use the USB4020BI.
They can not handle it.
Please see the attached file.  if you found defact point of schematic, please let us know it.

    Can you please upload a higher resolution picture i cannot tell the values of some of the resistors?

    After going over the schematic I have some notes:
    1. Ferrite beads not pictured, if they are not there the signal will be noisier, if that's something they can live with, this should be alright.
    2. R2412 + R2411 should be one resistor unless tol can be confirmed to be 1% (Pin 24)
    3. No capacitor pictured on GRSTz, timing requirements must be met as per datasheet section 7.7 (can also be achieved with active reset)
    4. Resistors 2401 and 2400 add up to 90k, ideal outcome is at bottom of 1% limit. Again if these can be confirmed to meet the 1% tol spec then this should be fine
    5. overcurrent should be connected to power switch to be able to report overcurrent events. This is necessary for USB compliance
