DS90UB953-Q1: ub953 support yuv422 video format

Hello,
953/954 can support YUV format if the input from the sensor is already in the YUV format. The Ser/Des does not alter the data, it just packs the input data into CSI packets.
The PGEN_CSI_DI register is set for RGB888 default, but it can be set based on the data type as defined in the MIPI CSI-2 specification.

the DT of YUV422, you can get it from MIPI spec., it is 0x1E.
