TUSB4041I: The crystal oscillator does not work

Hi team,

My customer reported their TUSB4041I 's internal crystal oscillator did not work (no clock signal on Xo pin), whereas there is no any problem in previous version of design. Actually the TUSB4041I part of design is in deed completely kept unchanged in current design. Attached is the schematic of their design, crystal datasheet, and PCB layout. Does any one has any idea about this problem?

Hi,
Thank you for reply. The issue closed. It is due to the thermal pad was not soldered on GND. Thanks Jorge Llamas' suggestion in another post about TUSB4020.
