Hi,

but these do not work
once installed, the device has a careful icon in the device manager
This device works on Windows 7 64 with W7 drivers
But not on Windows 10, once the drivers installed, we see the COM port associated (COM5 for example) but from the application, when we choose this port, we get a return message: the port does not exist

Is it possible to install them by deactivating the control of signature of the drivers

since the current session, Without having to restart the computer in advanced settings

i have installed sll428a drivers for tests but these don't work on windows 10 too

Alain,

The drivers should be current and signed, will test this with the evaluation module and get back to you as soon as possible.

I installed them, but i obtenite always code 28 in return and i can't use my USB port

have you done a test?

I received the evaluation module end of day June 28th and was out of office the 29th of June and the 2nd of July, I will test and get back to you when I have results. I appreciate your patience.

Alain,

I installed drivers from this thread and the port is recognized on my Windows 10 computer. As the thread states, please make sure there are no previous drivers installed and that the latest drivers are on the device. Hope this helps

But i have tested on same configuration with installation of windows 10 of base, and i obtenite code 28 in return :(

how can i check conflict with other drivers on my first installation

which entry must i check in registry, must be removed before installation of drivers

Alain,

I would try to locate the other folders where you installed the drivers from (I believe the default directory is C://Program Files (x86)/Texas Instruments Inc and uninstall all other drivers that you had, and install the most recent version.

The user in the thread I linked previously seemed to be getting the same error as you. I believe if you could locate the previous drivers and uninstall them, then proceed with a clean install of the most recent drivers, it should work fine.

Drivers aren't correct after installation on windows 10 first installation of one pc, maybe my problem come from differents version of TUSB3410 ?
