Hi there
I am having issues with a TI driver - TUSB3410 EEcode ser - it comes up with an error message saying that the driver for this device is not installed (code 28) (device being a LG 27US88-W external monitor) and that there are no compatible devices for this driver. It is running on a Dell XPS13 running Windows 10.
Could you please advise how I go about resolving this/installing an updated/new driver?
Thanks
Andrew
Hello Andrew,

Thanks a lot Roberto
I have run/installed it etc, which all seemed fine.
I restarted it and under the device manager the "TUSB3410 EECode Ser" is still showing up with the little warning sign and saying that the drivers for this device are not installed (code 28), there are no compatible drivers for this device.
I am not sure where I find the other driver details that I installed - would expect that by installing that it would resolve the issue above or is it a different driver? Do I even need the one above? Am I best to uninstall/disable?
Thanks
Andrew
Hello Andrew,
Yes please be sure that you don't have any previous driver installed, the best option is use the latest released driver.
