DP83848K: DP83848K 4% defect rate

Hi support team,

My customer happened 4.43% DP83848K defect rate (220/4966) in production line, customer swap DP83848K and NG phenomenon is follow with DP83848.

Customer analysis NG devices and find most devices waveform level are failed. (attached are report from customer) ST18501975_100BASE TX.PDF

Would you suggest what signal or external components we need to confirm? thanks.

Hi Eddie,

What is the failure signature on customer system? Are they seeing link up problem or packet errors?
